The Process

Here's How It Works

• Pick a lot

• Pick a home plan from Fillmore Design Group, Frank Betz, Don Gardner, or any other architect of you choosing

• Meet with the Builder and Realtor® to make modifications to suit you

• Builder will then quote a price

• Contract with 5 percent down and  remainder at closing

•  Start picking out your brick, roofing, and etc...

• 6 month build time

• MOVE IN!!!
